By accessing or using the Stream of Dreams Design website, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Stream of Dreams Design offers visitors hand-painted clipart illustrations/patterns in digital format for use in physical or digital end-products. The original artworks are conceived and executed by the artist/creator of Stream of Dreams Design, Olia G. Ownership of the copyright for all artwork and source illustrations, in both digital and physical forms, remains with the artist.
The use of artwork/illustrations or any elements thereof is always subject to the License Terms. The author reserves the right to make changes to the LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS
RESTRICTIONS

An End Product for sale can only be physical - 'ready to use,' or digital - 'ready to print' designs that you or your client intend to sell to more than a single person.

End Products must not use the source material directly. Original files must not be sold.​

You may NOT sell a 'Digital End Product' that uses the original files or the source illustrations as-is.

The End Products for sale must be physical or digital products that incorporate the source illustrations, such as prints on paper, textiles, or other materials. You may modify or manipulate the source illustrations you have bought or incorporate them into other content to create derivative works.

If you use the illustration images for editorial purposes (print, web, or movie), you must include the following credit adjacent to the product with our logo or text: "Illustrations by Stream of Dreams Design" with a link for web use. Stream of Dreams Design - ( link for web).

You may not resell an End Product directly or as part of a broader design/product where someone can extract the original digital illustrations in their original form, whether in digital or print formats.

End Products must not redistribute the source illustration images to any third party in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original images.

You must not sub-license, resell, redistribute, provide access to, share, or transfer any original images/illustrations, for example, as stock, in a tool, app, or template, with source files, or not incorporated into an End Product, under any circumstances, not even for free.

Uploading any source illustrations/images to a website at a resolution that exceeds the intended viewing device's display resolution will be deemed an attempt to redistribute the graphic.

You may not imply or claim that you are the author of the source illustration images, even if you have made changes.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under our license to another person or business without the author's express consent.​

You CAN use our clipart illustrations/images for personal use as long as NO MONEY is made.

The author will retain all rights and ownership of the source illustration images you used, and the resulting derivative work is subject to the terms of the image license. Image License.
REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Digital Products

Once you have purchased a Digital Product, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000 due to our products' electronic nature. Any returns shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. Physical Products

If you received a print, that is faulty or damaged, please attach images, and some explanation with your request to replace it free of charge and without delay. The refunds and chargebacks are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color or don’t like the product.
LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
STANDARD LICENSE
A Personal License grants an individual the right to use purchased digital clipart illustrations/seamless patterns for personal editorial or creative projects.
Permitted Uses:

A small number of end products for sale, with credit required

Personal social media accounts with non-commercial activities
Prohibited Uses:

Commercial projects

A small number of end products for sale without credit

Business social media accounts

Physical or digital paid advertisements
LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
A Limited Commercial License grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased clipart illustrations/seamless patterns in End Products for sale under one project.

Permitted uses:

Create and sell physical goods (e.g., apparel, accessories, posters)
-
Create and sell digital products (e.g., e-books, digital downloads)
-
Use the illustrations/patterns in marketing materials for your business
Commercial Use Limitations:
-
No more than 5,000 lifetime combined individual end products or packaging (digital or physical) sales.

The license permits the promotion of final products featuring illustrations/patterns on social media accounts managed by the license holder.

The license does not allow using illustrations/patterns in products that promote illegal activities, or offensive content.​
​​Prohibited Uses

Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the digital products as standalone files

Claiming the digital products as your work

Vectorizing, redrawing, deconstructing, combining with other graphics, or repackaging and reselling the digital products as digital clipart or in their original form
Term and Termination

This license is effective as of the purchase date and remains valid until you reach the commercial use limitations specified above.

We have the right to terminate this license immediately if you violate any terms. If the permit is terminated, you must stop all use of the digital products.
Responsibility for Use
When you use our digital illustrations, please keep in mind that you are responsible for any legal issues or damages that may come up. This helps to make sure Stream of Dreams Design is fully protected. Thanks for your understanding!
