TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By accessing or using the Stream of Dreams Design website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The Stream of Dreams Design offers visitors hand-painted Illustrations /paintings in digital format for physical or digital End Product design.The original artworks conceived and executed by the artist/creator of the Stream of Dreams Design brand - Olia G. Ownership of copyright of all artwork/source Illustrations represented in digital or physical form remains with the artist.

Using the artwork/Illustrations and parts thereof elements is always subject to the License Terms. The author reserves any changes to LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS

​  RESTRICTIONS:​

  • An End Product For Sale can only be physical - 'ready to use,' or digital  - 'ready to print' designs that you or your client intend to sell to more than a single person.

  • Your End Products must not be used for sale if they are dealt directly with the source material you purchased. Original files must not be used for sale.​​

​​

  • You may NOT sell a 'Digital End Product' that uses the original files/the source Illustrations as itself. 

​

  • The End Products for sale must be physical or digital products with prints of the source Illustrations, such as print on paper and other materials, print on textiles products. You may modify or manipulate the source Illustrations you have bought or incorporate them into other content and make a derivative work.

  • If you use the Illustration images for editorial purposes ( print, web, or movie ), you must include the credit adjacent to the product with our logo or text: Illustrations by Stream of Dreams Design - ( link for web).

  • You may not Resell an End Product directly or into a broader design/product where somebody can extract the original digital Illustrations in their original form in both digital or print formats. 

​

  • End Products must not redistribute the source Illustration Images to any third party in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Images. 

  • You must not sub-license, resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer any original Images/Illustrations, for example: as stock, in a tool, app, or template, with source files, or not incorporated into an End Product) under any circumstances, not even for free.

  • Uploading any source Illustration/Images to a website at a resolution that exceeds the intended viewing device's display resolution will be deemed an attempt to redistribute the graphic.
     

  • You may not imply or claim that you are the author of the Source Illustration Images, even if you have made changes.

  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations under our License to another person or business without the author's express consent.​​

​​

  • You CAN use our clipart Illustrations/images for personal use as long as NO MONEY is made.​

 

  • The author will retain all rights and ownership in the source Illustration images you used, and the resulting derivative work is subject to the terms of the Image License. 

REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Digital Products

​

Once you have purchased a Digital Product, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000 due to our products' electronic nature. Any returns shall be at our sole and absolute discretion.  You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. Physical  Products

If you received a print, that is faulty or damaged, please attach images, and some explanation with your request to replace it free of charge and without delay. The refunds and chargebacks are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color or don’t like the product. 
 

STANDARD LICENSES

PERSONAL LICENSE - gives an individual the right to use purchased digital clipart illustrations/seamless patterns for personal editorial or creative projects.

CAN be used for:  

  • Non-commercial projects,

  • A small number of End Products for sale - credit required,

  • One personal social media account with non-commercial activities,

CAN NOT be used for:

  • Commercial projects,

  • A small number of End products for sale with no credit,

  • Business social media accounts,

  • Physical or digital paid advertisement market.

Standard License
EXTENDED
COMMERCIAL LICENSE 

Small Business Owner

​

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE - gives a small business owner the right to use purchased digital clipart illustrations/patterns in End Products for sale under one project.

​

CAN be used for:  

  • Physical or digital End Products for sale - no credit required,

  • Any End Products included in the one Project must be directly related under a single concept.

  • Business social media accounts are owned and managed by the license holder,

  • A single app, or video game, 

  • Unlimited Physical and Digital advertisements markets.
